Graphic Partners offers a Kodak Trendsetter Spectrum direct-to-plate system that can produce conventional and Staccato (stochastic) screening. Staccato screening gives a continuous tone appearance to the printed piece. The Staccato screen eliminates moiré patterns, “saw tooth” type and rosettes in the printing process, resulting in a more refined look.
